Music History Fun Facts!

The HurdyGurdy was named after its inventor, all I remember is her name was Gertrude, can’t find my old notes to give you her exact title.

It was invented in the Middle Ages, around 1300-1400, no exact date is known if I remember correctly.

How I still remember that from senior year, is beyond me, but AP Music Theory/History was my favorite class.
